Customer accounts make it easy to return to the Swag-bag website and use our online shop. Registration is easy, and we've created this FAQ page to help with any questions you might have.

How do I Register a Customer Account?

The Swag-bag website provides two ways for our customers to register and create an account:

1) Register as part of the checkout process

2) Register using the 'Customer Login and Registration' facility

Registering as part of the Checkout Process

Once you have added one or more products to your shopping basket, click the button marked 'Checkout' from the Shopping Basket page.

The website will display a screen where you can either register as a new customer, or login as an existing customer with your existing username and password.

Click the button marked "Are you a New Customer", as indicated in the image shown to the right.

The website will display the Customer Registration Form where you can enter your name, email address and postal address.

Registering using the Customer Registration and Login Form

You can also register as your customer account without purchasing anything from our online shop.

Once your customer account is set up, you can return to the Swag-bag website at any time, login and buy products.

On every page of the website you'll see an area called 'Customer Login and Registration', located in the left-hand column, below the links for the Swag-bag shop. (Please see the image, left).

If you have already registered as a customer, you can use this form to login - simply enter your username and password in the corresponding input boxes and click the button marked 'Login'.

Click on this icon to set up your new Customer Account - a registration form will be displayed, where you can enter your name, email address and postal address details.

Once you submit the form, the website will email you with your username (which is the same as the email address you used when registering) and a password. You can now use these details to login to the Swag-bag website and make purchases.

I've forgotten my Username

If you forget your username, you can ask the Swag-bag website to send you a copy of it by email - simply click this icon, enter your email address and click submit, as shown in the image below:

I've Forgotten my Password

If you cannot remember your password click this icon, enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button as shown in the image below:

The Swag-bag website will send you an email containing a 'security token' which you must use to re-set your password. We use this process to help protect your Customer Account details within our systems. At the same time, the website will display the following screen, where you can submit your security token:

Copy-and-paste the token from your email into the input box shown on the form (above) and click the button marked 'Submit' - the Swag-bag website will display a form which allows you to choose a new password, as shown in the image below:

Once you have changed your password, you can login with the new Customer Account details and continue shopping.
